My mission now is to share what I've learned as a professional fitness coach and powerlifter, helping people build approaches that actually fit their goals and lifestyle.
I got into fitness originally because I grew up obsessed with superheroes and wanted to get as close to real-life super strength as possible. That is still a motivator today — and honestly, there's no such thing as a bad reason to pick up a weight.
Everyone's goals look different, and I want to honour that. My focus is on working with people collaboratively, celebrating progress, and crushing milestones one by one.
My approach is simple: understand you deeply, design a program that fits your life, and coach you with accountability every step of the way.
