Hey, I'm Zander. For the past ten years, I've dedicated my life to understanding fitness and the many dimensions of healthy living. My mission now is to share what I've learned as a professional fitness coach and powerlifter, helping people build approaches that actually fit their goals and lifestyle.

My Story

ABOUT ME

I got into fitness originally because I grew up obsessed with superheroes and wanted to get as close to real-life super strength as possible. That is still a motivator today — and honestly, there's no such thing as a bad reason to pick up a weight.

Everyone's goals look different, and I want to honour that. My focus is on working with people collaboratively, celebrating progress, and crushing milestones one by one.

My approach is simple: understand you deeply, design a program that fits your life, and coach you with accountability every step of the way.

Credentials & Education

Certifications & Experience

ISSA Certification
Certified Group Exercise Instructor with a strong foundation in exercise science and a deep understanding of how to design effective, results‑driven fitness programs.
Powerlifting Experience 
Previous member and competitor in the Ontario Powerlifting Association (OPA), with additional experience volunteering at provincial qualifying events.
10 Years Fitness Experience 
Over a decade dedicated to weight training, supported by a broad knowledge base in alternative fitness disciplines including organized sports, rock climbing, HIIT training, Pilates, and more.
Orange Theory Certified Instructor 
Successfully completed OTFIT Phase 1 training, along with additional running‑ and rowing‑specific instruction, while employed as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory.
Oxygen Fitness and Yoga Instructor 
Successfully completed OYF Methodized training, gaining the skills to design HIIT‑style workouts and Pilates‑inspired group classes.
CPR / First Aid
Fully certified in First Aid and CPR/AED Level C.

Regular video check-ins and progress updates to keep you accountable and moving toward your goals.

Periodization Training
Training smart and hard by breaking your program into focused, attainable goals that compound into long‑term progress.
